Smoked Prime Rib Dinner heating instructions

Each Thursday, Goose the Market offers a heat-n-eat dinner special. The menu rotates and availability is limited — order yours!

Prime Rib

Heating time depends on how cold and how large the meat is when it goes in the oven. To decrease heating time, allow the prime rib to come to come to room temp.

Wrap it loosely in tin foil and place on a pan or rimmed baking sheet (optional: sprinkle a little stock, wine, or water over the meat before wrapping it up).
Preheat oven to 250F and warm the prime rib, checking for your desired level of warmth about every 15-20 minutes.

A whole, cold prime rib piece can take 90+ minutes to reheat depending.
In a hurry? Cut the prime rib into slices before wrapping loosely in foil.

Pimento Mashed Potatoes

Preheat oven to 350F. (Optional: we like to stir a dash of milk or cream into the potatoes before putting them into the oven.) Heat until the potatoes register about 165F—heating to this internal temperature will help ensure they’re hot throughout. Remove from oven and, if desired, sprinkle a little salt and pepper over the top.

Broccolini

Warm about a tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add broccolini and heat—tossing gently—until heated through.
