Pay for these positions starts at $13/hour plus tips which average an additional $5+ per hour. Part-time hours include evening and weekend shifts. Keep in mind that Goose closes at 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends.

The ideal candidates are passionate about great food and drink, have a positive attitude and enjoy working face-to-face with customers, prioritize guests’ experiences, and thrive as part of a team. Prior experience is a plus but not required, and on-the-job training is provided.

assist guests in selecting cheeses, charcuterie, and the perfect pairings by engaging customers with a friendly demeaner, excellent product knowledge, and an infectious excitement for delicious products. They slice and package cheeses and cured meats to order, arrange beautiful charcuterie boards, make sandwiches, and assist in other food preparation. Shifts include doing dishes, cleaning cases, mopping floors, and maintaining Goose’s high standards for organization and cleanliness.

UPDATE: THIS POSITION HAS BEEN FILLED Meat Mongers work behind the fresh meat case at Goose and interact directly with customers. Work includes cutting meats and seafood to order, providing information about preparation and pairings, creating enticing retail displays, and maintaining Goose’s high standards for organization and cleanliness. Meat Mongers work together to make house sausages, smoked meats, and more. Prior culinary experience in butchering, customer service, or a related area is encouraged; however, training is provided.

serve customers behind the bar and assist guests with retail sales to take home. Regular duties include serving beer & wine by the glass, assembling and serving small plates & charcuterie boards, creating enticing retail displays, hosting guests, and maintaining Goose’s high standards for organization and cleanliness. Enoteca staff must have or be able to get the required license for serving alcohol.
