Goose the Market is now accepting applications for a part-time Barista and Cashier with evening and weekend hours required. Keep in mind that Goose closes at 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends. $12/hour base pay Plus Tips that average an additional $3-$6+ per hour. Must be 21 or older. No experience necessary and on-the-job training is provided.
The ideal candidate is a people person who puts guests first and shares a passion for great food. This position requires the ability to accomplish tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive, friendly demeanor at all times.
Work includes:
- be friendly, helpful, organized, and positive: as the first + last impression that guests have of Goose, you’re welcoming them when they arrive and ringing them up before they depart, all the while helping Goose guests leave even happier than when they arrived
- answer questions, provide information, and take orders in person and over the phone
- use the cash register and bag purchases
- stock products and create appealing displays
- take orders, serve gelato, make coffee drinks, and more
