The ideal candidates are passionate about great food and drink, have a positive attitude, and enjoy working face-to-face with customers as well as prioritizing guests’ experiences.

Prior experience is a plus but not required, and on-the-job training is provided.

The Cheesemonger/Sandwich Maker assists guests in selecting cheeses, charcuterie, and the perfect pairings by engaging customers with a friendly demeaner, excellent product knowledge, and an infectious excitement for delicious products. They slice and package cheeses and cured meats to order, arrange beautiful charcuterie boards, make sandwiches, and assist in other food preparation. Shifts include doing dishes, cleaning cases, mopping floors, and maintaining Goose’s high standards for organization and cleanliness.


The Meat Monger/Butcher assists guests in selected proteins from Goose’s fresh meat cases by engaging customers with a friendly demeaner, excellent product knowledge, and an infectious excitement for delicious products. They cut sub-primals and whole animals into display portions, trim cuts to order per guests’ specifications, make sausages, smoke meats, monitor inventory and make prep plans, create enticing displays, and more. Shifts include doing dishes, cleaning cases, mopping floors, and maintaining Goose’s high standards for organization and cleanliness.


Pay for these positions usually starts at $13/hour plus tips which average an additional $5+ per hour. Part-time hours are available now.. These positions have the potential to grow into full-time roles with Paid Time Off, matching 401K, health insurance, staff discount, and more.
